Hatha Yoga classes may be arranged privately focusing on individual body-mind needs. Private sessions respect your uniqueness and help deepen your understanding of Yoga. These classes are accompanied by meditation, breathing exercises and deep relaxation. Private sessions can be part of nutritional support or independent. People are encouraged to follow a healthy lifestyle including balanced nutrition, a form of physical activity and lower stress levels. One-to-One sessions of deep relaxation, breathing and awareness techniques - 1 hour
 
Breath is used to feed and awaken our energy body (Prana), release blockages and free up our mind.. Deeply relaxed, you reconnect to your inner Self with full awareness.
